INDIVIDUAL PRIMAL PROCESS

Since I have been living in Ensenada – Mexico, some people have taken part in the Individual Primal Process that I offer at the Osho Meditation Center.
Even though since years I have been facilitating the Childhood Deconditioning Series all over the world and in the Osho Pune Resort as well, I have never seen people benefiting so much from this work as here; the difference is that the process in total isolation--people don’t have to meet the family, to go to work, there is nothing that distracts them, the whole focus is inside, and living in a Buddha field gives a sense of safety that allows them to bring to light and heal deep buried wounds. The ‘one to one’ process, allows an intimacy and a focus that brings a very clear awareness into one’s reality, defense strategies and childhood circumstances.
It is an intensive work: people come for two weeks and are accommodated in a private room with little kitchen and bathroom in the Meditation Center.. They are in isolation, they don’t communicate with the outer world, except when they shop for their food, that they cook at home (the invitation is to bring awareness and presence into every activity of the day: cooking, cleaning, walking, taking a shower, and living in a Buddhafield is a great support for that ), they do Osho Dynamic and Kundalini Meditation as well as Working Meditation and they have a Primal session daily, they watch movies who support the process, sometimes the go for a walk to the beach which is not far away, sometimes they receive a massage. Their day is structured while they go through an intensive journey into their childhood, to bring awareness and to heal the wounds still carried from that time.
